Effective 1st of August 2024

The Exam Enrolment Policy applies to all CDMP exam enrolments.  

Fees: DAMA International sets the exam fees in $USD and are non-refundable once paid, except under specific conditions such as administrative errors or exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Online Exams come with Proctoring and incur an additional fee of USD$11. Payment for exams is due in full upon enrolment. 

No refund is provided if you choose not to sit for an exam, withdraw your exam registration or do not pass. You will need to re-register and pay the appropriate enrolment fee if you would like to retake your exam. 

It is your responsibility to ensure the account details provided for payment are correct, and sufficient clear funds are available in the nominated account. You are responsible for any resulting fees levied by your financial institution. Security measures are in place to protect your payment information. 

Enrolment Period: Exam enrolments are valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment. The exam/s must be taken within 12 months of enrolment. For example, if you purchased and enrolled for your exam on 4th August 2024, you have until 4th August 2025, to plan and sit for your exam. 

All exams have a maximum of one (1) exam attempt.  

The exam results will not be re-examined or remarked after the results have been published. 

Pay if you Pass Events: Participants are required to make payment for their exam within 15 days upon passing the exam. The exam pass mark is 60%. Failure to provide payment will result in your exam results being revoked. You may be required to re-sit the exam. 

Bulk Purchases: Discounts are available for bulk purchases of ten (10) or more exam enrolments. Vouchers issued for bulk purchases are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

Unused Vouchers: No refunds will be issued for vouchers that are not used within the specified validity period. 

Language of instruction: All language of instruction is in English only. Plans to offer exams in other languages or additional support for non-native English speakers may be considered in the future. 

Certification: DAMA International reserves the right to revoke your certification in the event of: 

• Identification of a person knowingly submitting or making a false or misleading declaration 

• Identification of a person using or attempting to use outside influences to pass an exam (i.e. getting assistance to pass an exam) this includes but is not limited to taking an exam on behalf of someone else, having someone take an  

DAMA International reserves the right to withhold certification in the event of: 

• A deliberate attempt to bypass the exam payment or enrolment gateway. 

• A person who provides enrolment information to anyone to bypass the payment or enrolment gateway. 

Copyright: You may not download, display, distribute, print, or copy, any material from this website or from the associated linked services such as Canvas, Catalog or Canvas LMS, and D2L Brightspace including, without limitation, schedules, curricula, tests, test answers and logos. 

You exercise your export rights on exam products by logging into the D2L Brightspace platform.
